NATIONAL ENTERPRISE SYSTEMS is an award winning Debt Collection Agency in SOLON OH. We are looking for qualified collection agents and/or call center customer service representatives that enjoy talking to customers and have strong negotiation skills! Looking for people with positive attitudes and willing to learn!

Day time shifts!

3 days 8-4:30

2 Days 10:30-7

Roles are eligible for commission and exciting other incentives!

Typical workday:

• ON SITE at our Solon OH office location.
• Contact consumers by phone to discuss payment options.
• Find creative solutions to secure payment.
• Maintain a high level of customer service.
• Accurately document customer interactions in the computer.
• Apply techniques offered in training and coaching for continuous improvement towards performance goals.
